Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If unsatisfied with an item, send an email to info@lidzshop.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your products.  Provide your name, shipping address and  order number.  Please include a brief description of the reason for requesting a refund, store credit or exchange.  Once your return is approved, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. These will be emailed to you at the email address you provided in your request.  Print the return shipping label and place your RMA form in with the returned product. 

Items Damaged In Shipment

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.  Any damaged or missing items must be reported by sending an  email to info@lidzshop.com within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

RMA Required

Items will not be accepted for return or exchange without an RMA number.  All returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped. Upon receiving your RMA # via email, you have 10 business days to return your merchandise via UPS, USPS or Federal Express.  Items returned after 10 business days from receiving an RMA # will receive store credit, except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error, or the reason for the return is that the product arrived damaged or defective.  Original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred to return the product are non-refundable. If your shipment was initially sent via a promotional offer of FREE SHIPPING, any refunds issued will have the cost of shipping deducted in calculating the amount of refund due.  

Shipping Your Return

You can use the original box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box. Securely pack the item(s) being returned, include the RMA form and affix your shipping label. Within 72 hours of receipt, we will inspect your returned item(s). 

Issuance of Refund

Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be issued within 7 days of our inspection. · Refunds will be issued to your form of payment for the order. (ie. Credit Card) · You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
